Regular readers of Scamicide know that I am a strong advocate of everyone getting a credit freeze on their credit reports at each of the three major credit reporting agencies. It is the simplest and best defense you have against identity theft. It has a lot of helpful information including information about how to put a credit freeze on your credit reports.
